Their constitution takes into account the various factors that affect them in the long run, and they are exclusively fabricated to offer optimum performance under a wide range of working conditions, both in Rotary and Flat Printing environs.

Elongation Control

Thanks to the specially created, pre-stretched Cellulose Reinforcement, IMPRESSIONS Blankets exhibit excellent elongation control over long periods of operation, and high resistance to shocks and cuts. Benefit: Minimum edge-cutting, printing fault correction time and fabric wastage.

Uniform Calipered Thickness

Dimensional Stability

IMPRESSIONS Blankets have a unique Multi-layered Structure, lending them very high Dimensional Stability. As many as seven intermittent layers of Cellulose and Elastomeric Formulations developed through painstaking R&D, dissipate the tensile forces on the Blanket uniformly, giving the Blankets high Dimensional Stability under stress, and a
finely balanced flexi-stiff character. The optimally bonded Elastomeric layers allow the Blanket to release the linear tension gradually, keeping it stable. BENEFIT: High flex crack resistance and minimum time cost on corrective measures (fault correction, installation and tracking, etc).

Optimum Compressibility

The Elastomer-enhanced Compressible Structure of IMPRESSIONS Blankets prevents the 'folding effect' before/after squeezes. The alternating layers of hyper-resilient Elastomers and Cellulose reinforcement give the Blankets permanent compressibility. BENEFIT: Optimum Printing Sharpness across different widths. Extraordinary precision with minimum maintenance & undiminished printing quality on even very high output.
