IMPRESSIONS Blankets have a smooth, glossy Printing Surface made of specially formulated Synthetic Rubber, which exhibits remarkable resistance to Aliphatic and Aromatic Solvents like Hydrocarbons, Alcohols, Ethers, Ketones, Acetone, Chlorinated Solvents and Esters. This special Rubber also displays high resistance to dyes, pigments, chemicals, temperatures (up to 100 degree Celsius) and abrasion. The Blanket surface also exhibits high affinity to water-based, thermoplastic and permanent adhesives.

Benefit: Maximum surface durability, minimum smearing and easy cleaning.

Water - Proofing

Clients can order IMPRESSIONS Blankets with customised/optional features. For instance, Underside Waterproofing with intricately formulated polymers.

Benefit: Efficient prevention of blockages and waste assimilation under the Blanket, Screen Supports and Drive Cylinders, ensuring high durability.

Plus, high resistance to underside abrasion, improved coefficient of friction and protection against solvents, dyes, chemicals and water.

IMPRESSIONS Printing Blankets are manufactured endlessly. They are available to you in lengths up to 120 meters (394 feet), and widths up to 3,100 mm. Special dimensions can be custom-ordered.
