Testaments of Technology
MRT coats fabrics of sizes
up to 3,000 mm, and its world class technology and integrated
processes ensure optimum cost-effectiveness for the consumer.
Its plants feature the most stringent quality-testing
laboratories and processing facilities for Elastomer
(Rubber) Coated Fabrics in India, and the company backs
it up with techno-consultancy.
Quality@worldmarkets
MRT plants have the capacity
to coat fabrics with a vast range of Elastomers -Chlorobutyl,
EPDM, Fluoroelastomer, Hypalon (Du Pont), Naural Rubber,
Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, Urethane, etc. These coatings
can be executed on Base Fabrics such as Aramids, Cotton,
Glass Fibre, Nylon, Polyester and Silica Fibre.
The MRT plant features
a comprehensive range of quality control tests, and conforms
to ASTM Standards, Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS),
DIN Standards, Federal Standards, etc.
Technology Is As Good
As Its Uses
MRT's technology culture
is based on a fundamental guideline -- better technology
must essentially offer the consumers better value for
money, over long durations.
This credo dictates that the company must resist product experimentation
at the customer's expense, while continually exploring new product improvement
possibilities. For instance, MRT continues to offer its consumers the
tried, tested & trusted quality and incomparable cost-effectiveness
of classic Rubber Printing Blankets, and has not taken a fancy to the
idea of Polyurethane Blankets. This is because MRT's in-house analyses
have shown PU Blankets to be far inferior to Rubber Blankets, on various
criteria*.
